COVID-19 latest statements
As a local independent family business within our community we would like to reassure all our customers that their health and safety, our staff and that of those receiving deliveries from us is at the forefront of our minds. Our delivery drivers will comply with all covid health and safety measures. Sanitising before and after every delivery, face coverings worn, non contact and an absolute minimum of 2m distance from others.
We are open for online and telephone orders, offering deliveries locally in Norwich and a click and collect service. The phone lines are open Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm if you wish to place an order via telephone.
For collections, please call the office to notify us you are here. A member of staff will then leave your flowers as instructed on the telephone for you to collect contact free and safely.
To all couples that have sadly had to postpone their weddings for the upcoming months, all orders can be transferred to your new dates. For information on this please email Hollie at [email protected].
All appointments scheduled for the next four weeks are now cancelled, we will be in touch to re arrange these.
A big thank you to all for being our fantastic customers, friends, family and neighbours for your fantastic support during these difficult times. We wish you health and a return to normality soon.
